meet michelle

Hi, I’m Michelle, a small-town Upper Michigan graphic designer and letterer focused on creating and nurturing beautiful brands through illustration, lettering, logos, and print design.

I’m a tiny girl with big dreams. I created Letters by Michelle with a vision to combine my love for design, typography and art. I truly believe each client I work with is unique and should get an end product that is too. I approach each project with a process centered around identifying your unique qualities and creating artwork and designs that will inspire.

Most days, you’ll find me working from home in my cozy corner “office” or chasing around my three kiddos and black lab.

I’m a lover of the color blue, flannel shirts, warm summer nights, exploring the outdoors with my family, printmaking, and all things Pantone.
